I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data contained in my job offer (in my resume and other documents constituting an application) by Centralny Port Komunikacyjny Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw for the purposes necessary to carry out the ongoing and any future recruitment processes. I am aware that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data at any time, however, the withdrawal of consent does not impact the legality of the prior data processing. Recruitment through the website

If you decide to respond to a job advertisement, you participate in the recruitment process and send us your CV. While using the CPK website, those who intend to participate in the recruitment process may be asked to provide partial personal data by filling in a form or by some other means. We may use this information to answer questions or requests, or to contact candidates via mail, e-mail or telephone in order to handle the recruitment process efficiently and fully. Data includes information provided during the job application process, which is available in the "Recruitment" section and provided to CPK in the form of a CV containing the user's personal data (full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about professional experience, education and skills in particular). Each candidate who sent their documents to [email protected] during the application process consents to the processing of their personal data. The user’s consent mentioned above is a condition for further processing of personal data in accordance with the applicable laws. CPK also undertakes to process the user's personal data for recruitment purposes in accordance with applicable laws and with the highest data security standards. Access to personal data in the recruitment database may be granted to CPK employees or third parties responsible for the recruitment process acting on behalf of CPK, who are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of data. The applicable laws obligate us to store personal data for as long as it is necessary to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations of CPK. Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure that data is kept up to date, however, each user should inform CPK of any changes to their personal data so the information can be updated. If the candidate does not contact us at the end of a certain period of time deemed appropriate, data will be deleted. Personal data is stored on secure servers, but due to the special nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee total security of the information sent to us via the Internet, as no online data transmission is 100% secure. Regardless, CPK shall take all measures to ensure the protection of personal data. If an application has been submitted in connection with the recruitment process, the data contained in the voluntary application will be included in the candidate data base, administered by CPK. Data shall be used for recruitment purposes; if you passed the first recruitment stage, you will be contacted by a CPK employee. Every person whose data is processed by CPK has the right to access and revise their personal data.
