Personal data may be used for the purpose of recruitment processes conducted by CPK based on candidate’s consent or demand (art. 6 section 1 letter a) or letter f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, „GDPR”). Data shall not be transferred or revealed to any third parties and shall not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. CPK does not reveal or transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization. Consent for processing of personal data can be withdrawn at any time. A person whose personal data is processed has the right to raise objections, request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data as well as to restrict data processing or transfer data. Data is stored until the consent is withdrawn or until objections are raised. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the specified purpose. In case of any doubts related to processing of personal data, a person can apply to the administrator for relevant information. Regardless of the above, every person has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
