Experienced manager in the energy and fuel sector. Graduate of the MBA Energetyka (Energy Industry) management studies at the Lazarski University, international relations at the University of Warsaw, and management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently, he is the President of the Management Board of PGNiG TERMIKA S.A.
Previously, he was working in the investment and strategic planning field for many years. From 2006 to 2016, he was acting as the Deputy President of the City of Ostrołęka. He was responsible, among others, for shaping the city's spatial policy, environmental protection and maintenance and operation of the municipal facilities and equipment, he initiated and coordinated complex investment projects. Previously, he was also acting as the Deputy Director for Foreign Investment and Economic Development in the Department of Strategy and Regional Development in the Marshal's Office of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. He completed an internship in the European Parliament.
In the years 2016-2018, he acted as the President of the Management Board of the Operator Logistyczny Paliw Płynnych, where he was responsible for the implementation of the fuel, energy and transport package. He effectively merged OLPP and PERN companies while ensuring efficient communication with the public in the merger process. He initiated a comprehensive programme to build new capacities in key fuel bases. The OLPP company then recorded the best ever financial results. It also obtained record turnover at fuel terminals.
After the merger of OLPP and PERN, he worked in the ORLEN S.A. Group, acting as the Executive Director for Logistics. He supervised the logistics of the Corporation in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Lithuania. He was in charge in terms of divisions of, among others, ORLEN KolTrans Sp. z o.o., IKS Solino S.A., ORLEN Aviation Sp. z o.o. He was responsible in business terms for the implementation of the Polish Government's Policy for logistics infrastructure in the oil sector. He led to the signing of the long-expected agreement with PERN S.A. on the construction of the 100 km of Boronów-Trzebinia pipeline and has developed conditions for increasing the efficiency and capacity in the supply of fuels through the existing PERN S.A. pipelines, in particular towards Mościski and to the IKS Solino caverns. He also coordinated investment projects aimed at building new storage capacities of the Corporation.
In the years 2018-2020, he was the Vice-President of the Management Board for Development in ORLEN Serwis S.A. and the President of Board of Directors in ORLEN Service Lietuva. He supervised the area of sales, procurement, implementation of strategic projects, optimization of processes, and development of the company's operations on foreign markets.
He holds the master’s degree in Karate Kyokushin – the 1st DAN.
